A Little About The Product and The Project

Industry: Healthcare | A Canadian health-tech company who has been working in the industry for over 10 years. With major clients in the renal space, they now have their own SaaS product which is focused on patient activation using conversational design and deploying guides who help educate CKD patients so that they can actively participate in shared decision making and avoid crash starts.

Product Objective: To develop a user experience that activates CKD (chronic Kidney Disease) audience to learn more about their disease and help them partake in shared decision making to have their values match their treatment presence and avoid crash starts.

Product leadership objectives: Plan, manage and prioritize the product design roadmap, create UX field roadmaps to launch MVP. Define functionality along with the product manager and help create and hand-off hi-fidelity designs. Maintain and improve the design system and set DesignOps.
